• Performs treatments and exercises to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries. • Perform various treatment techniques to develop personalized treatment plans.
Evaluate levels of speech, language, or swallowing disorders. Identify clients' goals for treatment.Communicating with the patient, and liaising with their family members, and their physicians, and teachers to design effective treatment plans.
Our Occupational therapists will help clients, such as those with disabilities, live independently. Our Occupational therapists evaluate and treat people who have brain injuries, illnesses, or other disabilities. We help clients meet goals to develop, recover, improve, and maintain skills needed for daily living and working.
Life Skills Development 1 (Companion) • Personal Supports • Respite Service • Nursing services• We support individuals with developmental disabilities in living, learning, and working in their Home or communities. • Provides critical services and support for our clients so that they can reach their full potential. • At Paramount, we lend a hand with activities of daily living (ADL) some of which include bathing, eating, dressing, and grooming. which helps maintain comfort and a healthy lifestyle.
Paramount’s Private duty nurses take care of patients of all ages. As Private duty patient, you will receive quality, skilled nursing care in the comfort of your home. Paramount’s private duty nurses provide professional care, long-term.
Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). • Provide care from 1 to 24 hours per day. • Dispense medications. • Patient assessments. • Assistance in dressing. • Skill Nursing. • Home Health Aide . • Companion.
